GORGEOUS SOUND, AMAZING BEAUTY !!
Here
is a tremendous instrument that will fill your hours with wonderful and
powerful music full of the richest harmonics and overtones you could possibly
imagine. This was made possible thanks to a wonderful 92 years old set
of Brazilian rosewood from Mato Grosso (Big Forest, Brazil) for the back
and sides and a superb cut of Alpine spruce for the top. I do not think
I have heard such powerful basses on a guitar before playing this beauty.
Simply amazing. Huge reverberating basses that will make you wonder how
can a guitar put out such a tremendous sound !? Wonderful to say the least.
Mixed with the lattice braced spruce, the DOBLE TAPA Contreras style system
has proven to be the most complete and reliable guitar sound possible.
The huge basses created by the Brazilian rosewood B&S mixed with the
crystalline trebles created by the lattice bracing combine in making what
I consider the perfect guitar sound: Robust and shiny.
I added all the possible Bellucci
enhancements to bring out all the sonic and aesthetic potential of the
instrument: the slightly domed top, the
ebony Armrest and violin tie, the
mixed wood configuration for the lattice bracing and the soundport on the
upper bout to allow the guitar to
emanate the highest frequencies
while enabling the guitar to project omnidirectionally while serving a
secondary function of sound monitoring from
the player's perspective.
