90 years old Brazilian rosewood B&S,  Lattice braced Italian Alpine spruce top. 640mm, radius, armrest, violin tie, soundport. Tremendous sound, singing trebles booming basses !
Mamma mia ! Would ne the most spontaneous comment i could make when referring to this babe. She's got the tremendous personality of a Spanish guitar but the slim lines of an Italian stradivarius inspiration. Spanish guitars are, as I always say, too hard to play. The effort involved in producing a gorgeous sound on  a Spanish guitar is tremendously hard. The playability on this concert performer is simply UNBEATABLE !  I matched the superb 90 years air dried Cascavel (Rattle snake) Brazil Rosewood, with an imposing set of Italian Alpine spruce to restitute some of the brilliance to the trebles. I could have not decided any better. Hear how the melody in ROmance stands out majestically. The bass sends powerful vibration through my body as I perform the piece. FABULOUS !
A french rosette decorated the sound hole and the most beautiful marquetry brings everything together.
640mm and a radius is like the norm on all my guitars because they make playing A LOT more natural. The violin tie, along with my soundport are too tempting not too be included in the construction. The tailpiece on a guitar is called for just as it is on every other member of the strings family (violin, etc.). When the first classical guitars were built, gut strings were the norm... the tension on these was nothing compared to modern nylon
strings. A tailpiece was redundant... Anchoring the strings to the lower bout meet point, which is one of the sturdiest parts of the
instrument, allows the builder to thin the top more allowing for  a much bigger sound and not recur to the use of carbon fiber
(Smallman and others) that give the guitar a "plastic sound. ". An A+ concert guitar !High altitude spruce (pines)

Italian Alpine spruce grows at extremely high altitudes in very cold environment. This slows the growth making the fibers tight and musically very resonant.  A beautiful range of sound with a fast response. Clear trebles and a reverberating bass that makes the whole body vibrate.
