What a tremendous guitar !! A huge sound that seems to have unending lungs. The Double top with Nomex core simply expands teh power capability of a concert guitar. The sound port in the upper bout throws sound perpendicular to the main sound hole making the guitar resonate like a cathedral. Simply Unbelievable. In the Bach prelude the basses simply punch me in the sternum and I feel as though there is no max output to the sound. Unbelievable sustain and projection that feel the room completely. I do not use rest stroke in during the performance of the prelude and I am amazed at the sheer power.
The back and sides were shipped from Cascavel (Brazil "Rattle Snake" near the Paraguay-Brazil Border. It has been aging since Hitler wrote Mein Kampf...quite old ! The figure is tremendously beautiful and the 250+ years old sinker redwood adds a sound and a depth that is simply indescribable. I decorated using the highest details in every part of the construction. Ebony bindings, Russian rosette and the most exclusive marquetry.
Playability is  a dream come true on the 640mm radiused ebony fingerboard. Passing from one position to he other becomes very easy and you do not have to struggle with the instrument. All the contrary: she becomes your ally. Hear those penetrating almost human sounding basses accompanied ny the arpeggio on the second and third string and the most brilliant first string you can imagine carrying the melody like a violin...
