"Mangoré" The Movie, Asuncion Premiere August 21st

August 21 2015 is the date marked for the World Premiere of Mangoré, The Movie. I play 2 scenes in the movie with a small group of supporting actors along with the main stars. Working in a movie is one of those events that impress your memory for a lifetime. The picture below shows the actors that participate in the scenes I work in.  To the far left is Mexican actor Damian Alcázar that plays a fabulous rendition of Barrios Mangore throughout the movie. Make up artistry is capable of making Alcázar live over 30 years of Barrios life. In the scene below, Barrios is giving a masterclass to 6 students in San Salvador. All 5 students participating in the scene are my guitar students. Among them is my son Franco (16) second from the right. We play the role of 6 Barrios students taking a simultaneous masterclass lesson with the Paraguayan genius in San Salvador.
