Williams: Schindler's list
Steven Spielberg
Great Movie directors have always
created great alliances with great composers. Such is the case with Spielberg
and Williams, Leone and Morricone....
The movie is not only an artistic
statement from a visual arts point of view but it is also a statement from
a musical point of view. The black and white images simply strike you deep
as the music seems to add the missing color...it completes every scene
of this memorial movie to one of history's darkest moments.
The transcription is based on Itzhac
Perlman's violin interpretation and I used all my guitar knowledge to make
the piece shine on the classical guitar.
