Marius is a very dear friend of mine from Switzerland. He is a tremendous player and this is his second Bellucci Concert Guitar in less than a year. He commissioned a 7-strings African Blackwood, Italian Alpine Spruce top. I knew we were going to create a sublime instrument because of the extra sustain and resonance that an extra bass string would bring too the sound. Stunning to say the least. I was struck immediately when I played her today seconds after lacquering was finished. She is tremendously beautiful with marvelous handmade marquetry and all the detailing that make Bellucci one of the most respected brands on the planet. It requires over 270 hours to craft a masterpiece of this stature. Bellucci’s popular slim and anatomical neck offers players the ultimate all-purpose guitar. Its balance, warmth and articulation are great for classical, fingerstyle, flamenco. This amazing Blackwood B&S beauty has enough punch to qualify as one of the most powerfully sounding Bellucci’s to date. The top-end power will ignite runs and take your playing to the next level. It’s a great choice for a concert player looking for one guitar that can play the most vast repertoire imaginable. The 7th string makes playing transcriptions A LOT easier. The voicing has achieved greater warmth on this Alpine Spruce top lattice, a more mature midrange, and a looser, more luxurious low end thanks in part to the customized lattice bracing. Premium appointments include Cocobolo binding and luxury marquetry throughout the instrument Carbon fiber truss rod to allow the mounting of any string gauge and/or tension. You can order this beauty in 6, 7, 8 or 10 strings configurations and with scales of 630 up to 660mm. The guitar features an indented cutaway to allow for ease of access all the way to the 14th fret (F#) and includes a Bellucci deluxe hardshell case. S.D.G.
