New Bellucci Curly Sinker Redwood Concert Cutaway Guitar

This guitar is a jewel. I had just recently custom built a thinner body guitar (1cm less than usual) for a lady player in Montana. I was stunned at the comfort that it represented in terms of the ease to embrace her and the overall feel and how my right hand felt natural on the strings. Therefore I decided to build a similar one only this time I used a fabulous set of Monkeypod from Sumatra. The texture of the grain resembles the top part of a Cappuccino... the brown, beige and cream blend in perfectly. I used a seasoned Curly Sinker Redwood set for the top that has a life of its own. The curls swing diagonally giving the impression that you are looking at the waves on the ocean. Simply put SPLENDID. Decorating her was a treat. i used a gorgeous handmade Russian rosette from Tula. It stands out majestically and proceeded to add the most beautiful marquetry to enhance her generous curves. I made the action 630mm and thanks to the slighltly radiused Figured Ebony Fingerboard she literally plays herself. Those tricky stretches in Recuerdos de la Alhambra come out very easy and I felt like I always owned this beauty when I was making the demo video to show her. Listen how bell like the first string sounds and how clear and round the bass is. She's a work of art. Counterpoint is second to none and she helps me shape each musical phrase of the Granadian Tremolo easily and effortlessly. 

The cutaway was a must  to ensure top playability and this amazing creation turned out to be the perfect guitar.
