The back and sides are perfectly bookmatched and the beauty it emanates will take your breath away. The Redwood top is aged over 100 years old and it is beautiful. It produces a wonderful resonance and a perfect separation of voices. The bass is deep, clear and with a powerful punch that sends huge vibration to the chest of the player. The response in Spanish and Romantic music is perfect and the clarity and separation of voices she displays during Baroque performance is unbeatable. Listen how lively the instrument carries the main voice in Romance and how vibrant she makes Asturias feel. The guitar is expressive yet with a deep penetrating sound that is a dream come true. Decorating her was a work of art in every way... from the handmade marquetry that so elegantly decorates her lines, passing to the mother of pearl and abalone details in the bridge and rosette, the skill of luthery is elevated to its highest levels. I decided to mount gold plated tuners with red buttons. Finally, playability is perfect.
