This Masterpiece guitar is without a doubt one of the beauties that received the most and highest acclaims since I started building guitars in 2004. Every one of my 8 children, my wife and every luthier had a "WOW" comment reserved for this amazing Queen. The name Jupiter was a natural since you cannot but think of the King Planet of our Solar System when you admire the stunning figure of the Redwood Burl. It resembles the Jupiter Hurricane belt to perfection. The guitar was commissioned by my good friend and one of my best costumers Gary from Montana. It is a gift for her niece who is making the transition to the Classical Guitar from the acoustic world. The fingerboard scale is 630mm which make her amazingly comfortable and easy to play and the body is slightly slimmer than on conventional classical guitars. Her main virtues are still aesthetically. Her beauty can inspire a poet and she surely elevates my soul each time my eyes see her. The amazing Redwood burl I purchased from Oregon is stunning. Nature made miracles with the fibers and when I coupled her with the gorgeous Indonesian Rosewood and merged the parts with the most delicate marquetry she came to life and her royal character started to blossom. Decorating her with mother of pearl was the next step to make her the Queen. It took almost 300 hours to build this piece of art and labor of love guitar. I dedicated her to our Lord with a sincere S.D.G. for she is a testament to everything I believe.

Bellucci guitars are decorated using marvelous wood marquetry to enhance all her lines and put an accent on specific parts of the construction. The marquetry requires anywhere between 35 & 90 hours of highly skilled labor to be inlayed throughout the guitar. It is made entirely by hand using knives that each luthier typically manufactures himself. It takes the guitar to unsuspected levels of beauty. The marquetry also constitutes an often critical point of release of tension which is caused by the constant expanding and contracting of the woods used in guitar construction. These are due to such factors such as humidity and ambience temperature.
The traditional cutaway is both very beautiful and extremely useful. It requires the highest level of luthery to be made and when it comes to playability, it allows the player to access the F# on fret 14 with amazing ease thus covering the 14 most used frets in the classical guitar.
The Mother of Pearl and Abalone inlay work adds amazing beauty to an already stunning guitar. It takes innumerable hours and very specialized hands and tools to create each inlay work. The average number of hours invested is approximately 150 hours.
The 9-braces Hauser fan is the result of many years of experimenting. It is based on Torres 4 fan brace design which was later developed by the German luthier Hermann Hauser. The braces act as sound vibrations highways. They carry the vibration of each string to a specific spot on the soundboard. The variations on the 9 braces fan is enormous. The Luthier taylors each fan to achieve a specific sound and match the instrument with the rest of the woods used in the construction. I often use a mixture of Cedar, Spruce and Mahogany to achieve the best separation of voices. When I add the extra transversal strut in the Rodriguez style, it enhances the sound of treble string enormously.
The Ultralight Travel Case Ideal for Shipping (Included) is a very sturdy and extremely light case that protects the guitar very well while allowing the player to carry the instrument without adding more weight than strictly necessary. It is covered in black plush inside and has 2 pockets on the outside and an accessories compartment on the inside. 2 Straps to carry it on the back as a backpack or over the shoulder.
The shallower body allows the player to feel more comfortable with the instrument. Although it is only 11mm shallower, the amount is enough to make the guitar a lot easier to hold and players who like to handle lighter instruments will find the shallower body to be a true blessing.
Carbon Fiber is stronger than an equivalent volume of steel. The Carbon fiber truss rod prevents neck twisting and/or bending due to the excessive tension that many modern brands of strings bring about. It adds practically no weight to the construction and will keep your neck straight for ages.
The Bellucci Triple Neck Reinforcement (Maple-Rosewood-Maple) adds beauty and resilience to the neck allowing us to build it slim and when coupled to the Carbon Fiber Truss rod or the Adjustable Truss Rod, it ensures a beautiful and straight neck for several generations no matter what string tension or brand you use.
Some instruments are enhanced immensely in beauty when the main linings on the top and/or sides are made in pearl. Details of pearl are added to the bridge and to the Violin Tie if the guitar carries one.
The armrest prevents the forearm to interfere with the vibration of the top thus adding a few extra decibels to the instrument. Plus it looks great !
Some Sets for either the Back and Sides, for the Top or both can be quite stunning and rare when it comes to the figure and grain that they display. It is as if nature, knowing the final destiny of its creature, "prepared" the wood in such a way that its grain, hidden to the human eye and to the world, silently develops a breathtaking beauty that comes to life when the dead tree is sawn. Getting the same identical figure is practically speaking impossible but I strive at getting figured wood that resembles and transmits the same vital impression as the one here depicted
